Sorry for delay. 1,5 from Trastevere Station, a Bus stop just out of the Residenza. There is a lift but anso a stair (6 steps) at the entrance. Dionisio

Friendly, Convenient, Comfortable

Such a lovely, friendly place to stay. Ursula and David were so welcoming, kind, and helpful. The room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well, and even as vegans it worked out great for us. The location is close to so many things. Wonderful place.

It can be a bit loud at night, especially on weekends. We used a white noise app and that drowned out the noise.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to public transport and a lot of attractions are walking distance. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast choices were very good. Ursula is a great host and looked after us very well. We'll be back again.

A lovely place with a lovely host!

The host, Ursula, was so very friendly. She worked with us to get checked in when when we were going to arrive after midnight due to a flight delay. She gave us very clear instructions with pictures of how to find the key and let ourselves in. She also gave my daughter gifts every day, so very sweet!! We loved her!! The included breakfast was really good and had a wide variety of foods. The hotel and room were very nice.

There was some road noise, they actually leave packages of ear plugs in the room. But we travel with silicone ear plugs, so didn't really have an issue.

Brilliant in every aspect. We would definitely stay here, if we were to visit Rome again.

David and his dad made our stay very comfy and memorable. First of all the property is beautiful and well maintained. A right place to stay in Rome, for it's decor, hospitality, comfort and proximity to almost all monuments (less than 30 mins by walk).

We really have nothing to complain about this place. The only thing which would be good for the hosts to check is the cooling of the aircon. Sometimes we felt it would suddenly get warm in the middle of. the night.

Great stay and caring family hosts

Traditional Rome property in centre and within walking distance to all the attractions. Friendly and caring family who truly look after you while you stay. Good breakfast buffet and high standard of room cleaning and make up. Room and bathroom very large with lots of space.

Absolutely pleasant host!

Exceptional host Ursula and her sons Lorenzo, and David. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. They are very welcoming and provided us with anything we needed. The elevator was not working the day we checked in, but Lorenzo and David helped us with luggage. Breakfast and snacks were great especially after long hours or flights and travel. They arranged taxis for us whenever we needed. Their hospitality is exceptional. Location of this place is very nice and convenient. Ursula is the Best host you can find in Rome. If we go back, we will definitely request this place to stay.

Fab hosts & perfect location, found a real gem and discovered a great area within heady walking distance of all Rome

The property was clean, rooms comfortable, it was easy to find and the location was perfect. Ursula & her sons were fantastic hosts who made sure we had information when we needed it. A fully stocked honesty fridge was available for drinks if you wanted. It was easy walking distance to all the sights and travelling from the airport was easy too. Definitely be back!

Unfortunately the gas had broken making hot water a little temperamental, this was being fixed when we were there but it wasn’t ready before we left. We were told of this on arrival and it didn’t spoil the stay.

Perfect for walking to the attractions

Ursula and her sons were great hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, able to help us with anything and gave us loads of great tips for getting around. The place was easy to find and immaculate. A nice walk over the bridges to the Colosseum. Lots of little restaurants in the back streets behind it.

Excellent location in Trastevere with a wonderful host

Very comfortable larger room with great bed. Our host Ursula was wonderful, so welcoming and helpful. nice breakfast which can be enjoin your room. Many restaurants close by plus taxis and public transport if needed.

Fabulous boutique hotel in a great location

Fabulous boutique hotel in a great location - walking distance to excellent restaurants and many top sights. Hostess Ursula is an absolute gem - so welcoming on arrival with a beautiful tray of Prosecco and fruit and snacks! Plus lots of great restaurant recommendations nearby.

Great place to stay in Trastevere - highly recommended. Would stay here again!

Ursula was so friendly and welcoming, it was like visiting family. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and very functional. The breakfast had a variety of choices which is appreciated. there is no common dining area but the rooms have table and chairs for this. The location is very convenient to all Trastevere and there are several bus stops right nearby so very well connected to the rest of the city too.

Other than the bed, the furniture in the room could use an update. Sorry we didn't get to properly say goodbye when we left;-(

We came for 3 days to see a music show and the residnza delle arti made it terrific!

Urulla ia a wonderful host!!she welcome us with a big smile and kindness. she gave us recommondations where to eat and how to go places. she and her son were so lovley.we got a suite!the room was very big with view to the street and yet we didnt find it noisy. the Breakfast was fresh and generous with fresh fruits and cakes. It seems like they really care about your vacation!

it is not easy finding the residenza altough its on the main street since there is no big sign on the door.I recommand to put a bigger sign so it will be easier.

Great B&B in good location

Fantastic B&B. Convenient for all the main sights, Ursula is a lovely host. Even set up for breakfast earlier than usual on Sunday as we had a trip to the Colosseum booked. Recommended
